Aluminium Dross Recycling Plant

AJC Consultancy :

• Identified the need for such a plant and sort out a solution. The solution was provided by a South African based company which AJC co-ordinated in setting attracting them to Bahrain.
• Worked in South African for one month developing a financial business plan.
• Preparing a project plan and timeline.
• Set up the local company with co-ordination and liaising between the Bahrain authorities and the South African owners.
• Co-ordinated the environmental permission which was the key planning requirement for the project.
• Introduction of potential customers and achieving 100% offtake.
• Establish accounting and financial reporting for management of Alumicor Bahrain.
