Andrew is the Managing Director of AJC Consultancy. Previously he was Finance Manager for the Rolling Company & Cast House at Maaden Aluminium in KSA working for the JV (Alcoa). He developed the finance team & implemented the financial system & procedures that are now used as the base for the financial reporting. Andrew worked for Novelis AG in Zurich as Metal Controller integrating supply chain and finance, as well as being the financial manager for the recycling business. In the UK Andrew held Finance manager roles in Automotive and the Rolling side of the aluminium business. Throughout his career there has always been the need for sound cost management and cost control.

Based originally in the US mainly working for Alcoa, he moved to the Middle East for the greenfield fully integrated Aluminium project in Saudi Arabia. David has recently completed his contract working for Maaden Aluminium in Saudi Arabia where he commissioned the Can Recycling facility and went on to mange the operation for 2 years. David began his career in the Alcan rolling mill in South Wales, UK as a laboratory technician and worked there for 20 years gaining experience in all areas of the aluminium business before concentrating on the casting & remelting process of the business. David is a qualified continuous improvement Green Belt and has had many successful projects. His recent re-engineering project in Saudi Arabia gave the company a $50m saving from his initiative.
